Welcome to YourPersonalStatement. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) outline the agreement between you (“User,” “Client,” or “you”) and YourPersonalStatement (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) regarding access to and use of our website, services, and communication tools.

By using our platform at yourpersonalstatement.pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept any part of this agreement, you must not use our services.

2. Service Overview

2.1. Nature of Services

YourPersonalStatement connects users with qualified experts who provide educational assistance with personal statements and related academic materials. The services we facilitate are designed to support your academic and professional development by offering:

  • Personalized feedback on structure, tone, and content of personal statements and application materials;
  • Editing and proofreading for grammar, clarity, coherence, and stylistic consistency;
  • Assistance with formatting according to specific institutional or program guidelines;
  • Advice and guidance on how to address prompts, highlight strengths, and avoid common pitfalls;
  • Support in planning and outlining statements to reflect academic goals and career aspirations.
  • Other kinds of customized academic support.

These services are strictly educational and must be used in compliance with your institution’s policies. They are intended to help you improve your own writing, understanding of admissions requirements, and presentation of ideas—not to serve as a replacement for your original work.

YourPersonalStatement does not guarantee specific outcomes such as admission offers, scholarships, or academic awards, as success depends on many external factors beyond our control.

2.2 Service Delivery Channels

YourPersonalStatement delivers its services using secure and mutually agreed-upon communication channels. Depending on the nature of the service and your preferences, delivery may occur through:

  • Email: Communications, drafts, and final documents are typically sent to the email address provided during order placement or registration.
  • Secure file-sharing platforms: We may use Google Drive or similar encrypted cloud services for sharing documents when large files, version history, or collaborative editing is required.
  • Direct messaging platforms: In select cases and with mutual agreement, communication may occur via platforms such as WhatsApp or another secure medium to facilitate quick updates or clarification.

It is the user’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the contact information provided. We are not liable for delays or data access issues resulting from incorrect or inaccessible delivery channels.

2.3 Service Provision Timeline

The expected timeline for delivering services is established during the order placement process and is based on the nature, scope, and urgency of the request. While we aim to meet all agreed-upon deadlines, the actual turnaround time may depend on several factors, including:

  • The complexity and length of the requested service (e.g., minor edits vs. comprehensive rewriting);
  • The availability of a qualified expert at the time of your order;
  • The clarity and completeness of the information or materials you provide.

You will be informed of the estimated delivery date before confirming payment. If unexpected delays occur due to technical issues, expert unavailability, or force majeure events, we will notify you promptly and propose a revised delivery schedule.

In such cases, your explicit approval of the updated timeline will be required before the service continues. If you do not agree to the new deadline, you may request a cancellation or a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Timely cooperation from the user—such as responding to follow-up questions or providing requested materials—is essential to avoid service delays.

3. Placing Orders

When placing an order through our platform, you:

  • Confirm that all provided information is truthful, lawful, and complete;
  • Understand that YourPersonalStatement will assign a qualified expert to assist with your request based on subject relevance and availability;
  • Agree to pay any applicable service fees before work begins;
  • Acknowledge that placing an order constitutes a request for customized educational assistance and is subject to our Refund and Privacy Policies.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders that violate academic integrity standards, contain unlawful content, or cannot be fulfilled due to technical or operational limitations..
